Each license is for one person’s use. Each teacher needs her own license.

You can purchase a transferable license to transfer ownership to a new person should you leave or change positions in your school.

If your school wishes to purchase a school-wide license, please contact jennings@jenningsmiller.com for a quote.

Customer acknowledges that his/her purchase of this Product is for single individual use.
Customer shall not copy, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit, create derivative works from, input into an AI bot, alter, sell, or share with others any products or parts of the Stronger Readers’ Room®️ without prior written consent.

If Customer is also a business owner or professional in the education, teaching, training, or coaching industry, Customer shall not misappropriate any of Trainer’s Intellectual Property and proprietary information in the following manner:
Teaching Customer’s clients/customers/audience any of the information, methods, solutions, or formulae owned by Trainer and passing it off as Customer’s own;

Copying any of Trainer’s Product content and/or material for Customer’s commercial use;

Copying, publishing, transmitting, transferring, selling, creating derivative works from, reproducing, or in any way exploiting any of the Intellectual Property owned by Jennings Miller in either whole or part without prior written consent.

Payment plans are not subscriptions. All payments must be paid in full.
Payment plans cannot be canceled for any reason. Payments are automatically charged each month for the duration of the payment plan. Purchaser will have immediate access to the materials. A payment plan is not a subscription service or membership.

Yes! All my materials are made by me without the help of AI. Sometimes edits or updates need to be made. When you purchase an item in the shop, you’ll be added to that specific email list. If/When updates are available, you’ll receive an email with the new materials.

Single license = for your individual use only
Transferable license = for you now, but if you leave your position or change jobs, you can transfer your license to another individual.
A transferable license is most appropriate for schools or districts.  If there are multiple teachers using the materials, a transferable license must be purchased for each teacher. Schools should reach out for school-wide licensing information.

If you are a district or school purchasing a license for a teacher please contact jennings@jenningsmiller.com after checkout to ensure that the license(s) are assigned to the individual teacher(s). This will ensure that the teacher receives all necessary updates.
