Math Formative Assessment - School License

School License - this allows members of a school (not a district) to use this formative assessment within the physical boundaries of their school and student population.

This assessment is designed for use with Kindergarten through 5th grade. It could be used through 6th grade with students who are struggling.
This assessment can be used to identify gaps and holes in mathematical knowledge and to monitor progress.

The assessment includes:

• addition

• subtraction

• fractions (basic + advanced)

• skip counting/multiples

• multiplication

• division

• graphs

• geometric shape identification

• money identification

• time identification

• word problems (basic + advanced)
